By accessing or using GifShare.me ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GifShare.me provides image and GIF hosting services. Users can upload files and receive shareable links. Files are automatically deleted after their expiry period.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree not to upload content that:
- Infringes on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
- Contains illegal content of any kind
- Contains sexually explicit material involving minors
- Is used for spam, phishing, or malicious purposes
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
4. Content and DMCA
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded without permission, contact us at support@gifshare.me with details of the infringement.
5. Premium Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through your billing page. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
6. File Expiry and Deletion
Files uploaded without an account expire after 15 minutes. Free account files expire after 30 minutes. Premium account files expire based on the selected duration (up to 7 days). We are not responsible for any loss of data due to expiry.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
GifShare.me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
